Developed an online system to manage Employee Appraisals for a national Automotive Accessories manufacturer supplying parts to international brands having more than 1000 employees.
In a company with more than 1000 employees spread around 3 locations, an outdated system of tracking employees performance and managing appraisals has been in use for a long time. It is time consuming and error prone to track the performance manually and appraisals are not always done in time. Client has approached us to provide a solution to this issue as employee satisfaction is paramount.
We have recommended an online application to track the process instead of Excel sheets. All employees get access to this application, where they can update the work, HR personnel can track and rank the work done by employees and Location Managers can assign grade and complete the appraisal. Appraisals are done half-yearly and so far the application has handled 7 appraisals.
Employees are happy that the appraisals are done in time and accurately and the management is satisfied this whole process has become hassle-free, so they can concentrate on other important activities in the company.
